The published runtime has no third-party dependencies.

This package is based on `parse-link-header`, Copyright (c) 2013 Thorsten
Lorenz, used under the MIT License. The exact upstream notice and terms are
preserved in [LICENSE](LICENSE).

Development-only tools and the aliased upstream baseline are not included in
the published tarball.
