# Third-party licenses

## Runtime package

`@stackline/dev-null` has no third-party runtime dependencies.

The implementation is based on `dev-null`, copyright 2013 Thorsten Lorenz,
distributed under the MIT License. The complete original notice and permission
terms are preserved in [LICENSE](LICENSE).

## Development and verification

Development-only tools and the frozen differential oracle are recorded in
`package-lock.json` and the release CycloneDX SBOM. They are not included in the
consumer runtime dependency graph.
